From your everyday card to something extraordinary.

Choose your look. We collect your existing card, customise it and deliver your finished metal card back to you.

Find your favourite design, select a colour and add any available personalisation.

Review your choices, accept the required terms and acknowledgements, and complete payment using an available checkout method.

Temporarily freeze your card before handing it over. Follow our card-security and packing instructions to get it ready for collection.

Once payment has cleared, we arrange courier collection of your existing card from your agreed address.

We personalise your metal card and carefully transfer your existing chip to the new card.

We arrange return delivery. Keep your card frozen until it is safely back in your possession, then follow the return instructions to unfreeze it.

ATM compatibility cannot be guaranteed. Do not use your customised metal card in ATMs that fully draw the card into the machine, as the card may become stuck or retained. Only use ATMs where the card remains partially visible and accessible throughout the transaction.
FNB cards are not supported. We currently cannot accept FNB cards for conversion.
No tap-to-pay. Contactless functionality is not supported by our metal-card conversion.
Your original plastic card becomes unusable. Once its chip is removed, it will no longer function as a payment card.
Your PIN stays private. We never ask for your PIN, online-banking password or banking login credentials.
